I enjoyed the proximity to ostiense station. It made getting there from fco easy. the staff were very friendly and accommodating! it is also close to a metro stop. I found it quite convenient. i also appreciated the major bus and tram stop on marmorata. It made navigating the city simple.

i found that there was no complimentary bottle of water in the room. water was available at the reception for €1.50 per 50 cl, i think that this should be something the hotel improves.

the breakfast was quite good quality with reasonable value. there were many food shops nearby, i found this very convenient. i found excellent and tasty choices from many kinds of food to choose.

the staff were helpful and friendly, and i found them very communicative, and all services were great! the team ensured my room was cleaned every day and changed towels and sheets often, i appreciated it.

The location is very good. It's a beautiful, calm, and lively neighborhood. it included many shops for food, drinks, and shopping, and i found this helpful. the hotel is a little far from the center, but very frequent bus connections make travel easy

friendly staff good coffee

i found the staff friendly and helpful. the breakfast offered good coffee and a variety of options. storing bags after checkout was convenient. entry through the secured gate gave added peace of mind.

i noticed that the area outside lacked guest-friendly features for arrivals with luggage. only stairs are available to reach the hotel entrance. i had to carry heavy luggage over a path covered with small stones.

The location was convenient (I could easily access transport links). The tram and bus stop right in front of the building helped me get around. The staff were always ready to assist.

I found that the bathroom was smaller than I expected, made showering a bit cramped. The limited space made it a little difficult to maneuver comfortably.
